We are looking for a Human Resources Manager for our client. Our client is a logistics company operating at a global scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Engineering, or related fields,
• Master’s degree in a relevant area is preferred,
• Experience in the logistics and maritime sector is a strong asset,
• 5–10 years of HR experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial position,
• Strong knowledge of labor law, social security (SGK), payroll, and personnel administration,
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills,
• Proficient in MS Office applications,
• Fluency in English is mandatory.

Job Description

• Define and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s overall business objectives,
• Manage the recruitment process and ensure the acquisition of qualified talent,
• Establish, execute, and continuously improve performance evaluation systems,
• Prepare training and development plans to support employees’ career growth,
• Ensure accurate and compliant handling of personnel administration and legal obligations,
• Maintain compliance with labor law and social security (SGK) regulations,
• Develop and implement employee engagement and satisfaction initiatives,
• Manage disciplinary processes in strict alignment with the company’s Disciplinary Procedure,
• Provide HR-related guidance and consultancy to managers,
• Prepare and manage the HR budget,
• Develop and promote diversity, equity, and inclusion policies,
• Prepare HR reports and analytics and present them to senior management,
• Follow HR technologies and support digital transformation processes, with a strong focus on AI-driven initiatives.
