Human Resources Manager

Company: One of the largest private organizations in Dubai (US$ 13 billion) annual revenue.

Designation: Human Resources Business Partner

About the role:

The role will be responsible for gathering, analysing, and interpreting HR data to support decision-making, improve HR processes, and provide actionable insights to leadership. The HR Analyst will work closely with HR Business Partners and other stakeholders to ensure data-driven people strategies.

Qualifications & Skills:

•Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.

•Min 5 years of experience in HR analytics, HR operations, or a similar role.

•Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, HRIS (Workday, Oracle, SAP, SuccessFactors, etc.), and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).

•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.

•Excellent communication and presentation skills to translate data insights into business recommendations.

Budget: Up to AED 20,000 / month + Benefits
