About Eazr

Eazr is a fast-growing fintech company redefining access to financial wellness in India. We enable customers to manage their financial needs through personal loans, BNPL (Buy Now Pay Later) solutions and insurance premium financing, helping individuals achieve financial flexibility with ease and transparency.

As we expand, we’re looking for a Human Resources Executive/Manager who will play a key role in building a strong team, culture and HR foundation for our next phase of growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for all roles (operations, tech, risk, sales etc.).
  • Create and execute sourcing strategies through job portals, LinkedIn and agencies.
  • Handle interviews, offer rollouts, onboarding and induction.

2. HR Operations & Payroll Coordination

  • Maintain HRMS data, attendance, leave and employee records.
  • Coordinate payroll with the finance team and ensure timely F&F settlements.
  • Manage HR documentation, employee letters and compliance records.

3. Employee Engagement & Performance

  • Plan engagement activities and maintain a positive culture.
  • Support leadership in driving OKRs, reviews and performance appraisals.
  • Conduct periodic feedback sessions and address employee queries.

4. Compliance & Policy Management

  • Ensure adherence to HR laws and company policies (PF, ESIC, Shops & Establishment).
  • Maintain audit-ready documentation and assist in policy creation/review.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).
  • 2–6 years of HR experience (startup or fintech background a plus).
  • Hands-on experience with HRMS tools and recruitment platforms.
  • Good communication, organization and problem-solving skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
