Qualification: MBA / Master’s Degree in HR or equivalent

Experience: 5 – 10 years

About HRDS India:

HRDS INDIA is a national-level NGO working towards holistic tribal development and community empowerment across India through impactful projects in education, health, livelihood, and women’s empowerment.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to lead and oversee the entire HR function for our Jammu operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead recruitment and workforce planning.

Drive employee engagement and relations.

Oversee performance management, L&D, and policy implementation.

Ensure statutory compliance and payroll management.

Contribute to strategic HR planning and culture building.

Act as a trusted advisor and cultural ambassador for the organization.

Who We’re Looking For:

MBA/PG in HR or equivalent qualification.

5–10 years of HR experience.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

NGO or development sector experience is a plus.

Strategic mindset with a people-first approach.
