Your Mission: Architect a Culture of Impact
As our first-ever People & Culture leader, you won't be inheriting old processes—you'll be inventing new ones. You will have the creative freedom to design, build, and shape our organization's heart and soul.
Your mission will include:
- Be the Architect: Design and implement our entire People & Culture function from scratch—from onboarding to offboarding and everything in between.
- Champion Our Story: Develop our strategy for attracting and recruiting brilliant, mission-driven volunteers and future employees from around the world.
- Create a Legendary Welcome: Build an unforgettable onboarding experience that immediately connects new team members to our mission and vision.
- Be the Heartbeat of Our Culture: Actively shape a remote-first culture that is inclusive, empowering, and wildly innovative.
- Build the Playbook: Develop lightweight, human-centric processes for volunteer management, feedback, recognition, and team engagement.
- Lay the Groundwork: Establish the essential HR compliance and best practices that will allow us to scale with integrity.
