Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to lead and drive the human resources function for a growing organization with 500–1000 employees. The ideal candidate is a strategic leader who ensures that HR operations are aligned with the company’s goals, policies are implemented consistently, and employee performance and conduct meet high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage all core HR functions: recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and HR compliance.
  • Serve as the primary advisor to management on all people-related matters, maintaining high standards in talent and organizational culture.
  • Ensure HR policies and practices are effectively implemented in line with UAE labor laws and company values.
  • Drive talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top-performing employees.
  • Handle disciplinary procedures, conflict resolution, and grievance management professionally and fairly.
  • Develop and implement training, development, and succession planning initiatives.
  • Monitor HR KPIs and provide data-driven insights to support decision-making.
  • Manage employee records, payroll inputs, and leave systems accurately.
  • Lead and mentor the HR team to ensure efficiency, professionalism, and confidentiality.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • MBA in Human Resources or a related field (preferred).
  • At least 5 years of progressive HR experience, including leadership in companies with 1000+ employees.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage complex employee relations and organizational dynamics.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Language proficiency: English (Required); Tagalog (Preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
