Human Resources Manager

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing to onboarding)
• Maintain HR records and ensure statutory compliance
• Design and implement HR policies and employee engagement activities
• Conduct induction, performance reviews, and exit formalities
• Handle payroll coordination, attendance, and leave management
• Support management with reports and workforce planning
