Recruitment & Staffing:

  • Oversee the recruitment of in-store and corporate retail staff, ensuring the hiring of candidates who align with brand values and customer service standards.
  • Partner with store managers to forecast staffing needs and reduce turnover.
  • Lead interview processes, onboarding, and training for retail floor staff, visual merchandisers, cashiers, and store managers.

Training & Development:

  • Design and implement training programs focused on customer service, brand standards, sales performance, and product knowledge.
  • Support career development for high-potential employees to promote internal growth and reduce attrition.

Employee Relations & Engagement:

  • Foster a positive and inclusive store culture aligned with brand identity.
  • Handle employee relations issues with professionalism, fairness, and confidentiality.
  • Lead engagement initiatives such as staff recognition, team events, and performance incentives.

Performance Management:

  • Monitor and evaluate staff performance across store locations.
  • Coach store managers on leadership, conflict resolution, and performance improvement plans.
  • Support consistent execution of brand policies and visual merchandising standards.

Retail Operations Support:

  • Collaborate with store operations and visual merchandising teams to ensure HR initiatives align with seasonal campaigns, promotions, and sales targets.
  • Manage scheduling policies, labor budgets, and compliance with working hour regulations.

HR Administration & Compliance:

  • Maintain accurate HR records, attendance logs, and payroll support documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, health & safety standards, and company policies.
  • Prepare HR reports and dashboards for leadership, analyzing turnover, engagement, and staffing metrics.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of HR experience in retail, preferably within fashion or apparel brands.
  • Strong understanding of retail operations, sales culture, and customer service standards.
  • Experience with HRIS systems and recruiting platforms.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,490.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
