Recruitment & Staffing:
- Oversee the recruitment of in-store and corporate retail staff, ensuring the hiring of candidates who align with brand values and customer service standards.
- Partner with store managers to forecast staffing needs and reduce turnover.
- Lead interview processes, onboarding, and training for retail floor staff, visual merchandisers, cashiers, and store managers.
Training & Development:
- Design and implement training programs focused on customer service, brand standards, sales performance, and product knowledge.
- Support career development for high-potential employees to promote internal growth and reduce attrition.
Employee Relations & Engagement:
- Foster a positive and inclusive store culture aligned with brand identity.
- Handle employee relations issues with professionalism, fairness, and confidentiality.
- Lead engagement initiatives such as staff recognition, team events, and performance incentives.
Performance Management:
- Monitor and evaluate staff performance across store locations.
- Coach store managers on leadership, conflict resolution, and performance improvement plans.
- Support consistent execution of brand policies and visual merchandising standards.
Retail Operations Support:
- Collaborate with store operations and visual merchandising teams to ensure HR initiatives align with seasonal campaigns, promotions, and sales targets.
- Manage scheduling policies, labor budgets, and compliance with working hour regulations.
HR Administration & Compliance:
- Maintain accurate HR records, attendance logs, and payroll support documentation.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, health & safety standards, and company policies.
- Prepare HR reports and dashboards for leadership, analyzing turnover, engagement, and staffing metrics.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3–5 years of HR experience in retail, preferably within fashion or apparel brands.
- Strong understanding of retail operations, sales culture, and customer service standards.
- Experience with HRIS systems and recruiting platforms.
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
