Job Summary: The HR Manager will oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes, ensuring compliance, employee engagement, and effective talent management. This role is responsible for recruitment, performance management, employee relations, policy development, and HR strategy alignment with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment and on boarding.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
Oversee performance management and employee development programs.
Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance management.
Ensure legal compliance and maintain HR records.
Support organizational culture and engagement initiatives.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. 2+ years of HR experience.
Strong knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
