JOB SUMMARY

Florence Crittenton Services is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Human Resources Manager. The Human Resources Manager is responsible for coordinating all administrative activities related to an organization's personnel.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

· Recruitment and hiring; full employment cycle

· Training and development

· Employer-employee relations; Employee Handbook updates

· Maintains company culture; Leads Values Committee

· Manages employee benefits, files and personnel records

· Guides disciplinary actions

· Manages Performance Reviews

· Ensures all policies and procedures are in compliance with local, state, and federal guidelines

· Coordinates agency wide training

· Responsible for the upkeep of the HR page on internal website: FloConnect

CORE SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

· Knowledge of HRIS and payroll systems

· Ability to train and communicate HR policies and procedures with patience and professionalism

· Strong organizational skills, detailed and results oriented

· Ability to collaborate with other departments and outside agencies

· Strong listening abilities, proactive, and collaborative problem-solver

· Consistently promote, support, work, and act in a manner in support of Florence Crittenton Services’ vision, mission, and values

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

· Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required

· HR Certification Required (SHRM or PHR minimum)

· 5 plus years of HR experience

· Proficient in MS Office, and Hiring Platforms

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

· Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

· Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
