We’re Hiring: HR Manager – Real Estate Industry | Dubai, UAE

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
• Drive employee engagement, training, and development programs.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.
• Collaborate with leadership to support a culture of excellence, transparency, and growth.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience (preferably in the real estate or property sector).
• Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, organized, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
