Human Resources Manager

HR Manager – Healthcare | Dubai

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated HR Manager to join our healthcare group in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in HR management within the UAE healthcare sector and a deep understanding of DHA regulations and UAE labor law.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the full spectrum of HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and employee relations.
• Manage DHA licensing and credentialing for healthcare professionals.
• Ensure compliance with MOHRE, DHA, and company policies.
• Develop and implement HR policies, performance management systems, and staff training programs.
• Support management in organizational planning and talent development.
• Foster a positive and professional work culture across all branches.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience in the healthcare sector within the UAE.
• Excellent knowledge of UAE labor law and healthcare licensing procedures.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
