Key Responsibilities

Human Resources (HR)

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with company objectives.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment — sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Maintain employee records, payroll coordination, and compliance with labor regulations.
  • Handle performance management systems and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Oversee training and development programs for staff growth.
  • Resolve employee grievances and promote a positive workplace culture.

Operations Management

  • Coordinate daily operational activities across departments to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Monitor business processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement improvements.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning.
  • Coordinate with the company accountant for bookkeeping, expense tracking, and timely closure of monthly accounts and taxes.
  • Support management in executing strategic projects and performance tracking.
  • Prepare detailed operational reports and monthly summaries for management review.
  • Be adaptable and willing to take on varied responsibilities beyond core HR or operations tasks, as required in a lean team environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5–8 years of combined HR and operations experience (startup experience is a plus).
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Hands-on knowledge of HR software, Excel/Google Sheets, and workflow tools.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
