Job Summary
The HR Executive is responsible for supporting the full spectrum of Human Resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and policy implementation. This role acts as a key administrative and operational partner to management, ensuring smooth daily HR processes and fostering a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
- Recruitment Support: Assist in the entire hiring lifecycle, including drafting job descriptions, posting openings on job boards/social media, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Onboarding: Coordinate the orientation and induction process for new hires, ensuring all necessary paperwork and company introductions are completed efficiently.
- Record Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HR Information System (HRIS), including personal data, attendance, and leave records.
2. Employee Relations & Culture
- First Point of Contact: Serve as a primary contact for employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Conflict Resolution: Handle employee grievances, address minor workplace conflicts fairly, and promote open communication channels.
- Engagement: Support the planning and execution of employee engagement activities, recognition programs, and internal communications.
3. HR Operations & Compliance
- Policy Implementation: Assist in the development, documentation, and communication of HR policies and the employee handbook.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to relevant labor laws and statutory compliance (e.g., payroll regulations, leave entitlements).
- Documentation: Prepare official employment documents such as offer letters, confirmation letters, experience letters, and separation paperwork.
- Payroll Support: Assist the payroll process by accurately tracking attendance, leave, and inputs for salary processing.
4. Performance Management Assistance
- Appraisals: Coordinate the performance appraisal cycle, track deadlines, and ensure all necessary documentation and feedback are collected systematically.
- Training Coordination: Identify basic training needs and assist in organizing and tracking employee development programs.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Typically 1–3 years of hands-on experience in core HR functions.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with local labor laws and general HR best practices.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with HRIS/HRMS software and MS Office Suite (especially Excel).
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Must possess a high degree of integrity and confidentiality.
