About the Position
We are looking for a Human Resources Manager with a strategic mindset, strong leadership skills, and a people-oriented approach to lead Human Resources and Administrative Affairs processes at a globally recognized company in its field.
This position will be responsible for managing all HR and administrative processes for over 1.000 employees across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities

Manage all HR functions including Recruitment, Compensation, Performance Management, Training & Development, Industrial Relations, and Payroll & Personnel Administration

Ensure all HR practices comply with labor laws and related regulations

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with company strategy

Launch initiatives to improve employee engagement, satisfaction, and performance

Manage compensation and benefits, prepare and manage HR budget

Play an active role in union relations and collective bargaining processes

Monitor global HR practices and integrate relevant ones into the company

Ensure consistency and transparency in disciplinary actions, in coordination with plant leadership

Promote fairness and clarity in HR practices through regular communication with employees
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; Master’s degree is a plus

Minimum 10 years of HR experience, including at least 5 years in team management

Experience in unionized workplaces and collective bargaining agreements

Solid knowledge of industrial relations, labor law, OHS, and quality management systems

Fluent in English (interview will be conducted in English)

Proficient in MS Office applications

Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills

Advanced reporting, analytical, and presentation abilities

Open to development, solution-oriented, and capable of managing change

Residing in or willing to relocate to the Asian side of Istanbul
