Key Responsibilities:

Strategic HR Planning:

  • Collaborate with senior management to develop HR strategies aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Conduct regular assessments of the organization's HR needs and develop plans to address current and future requirements.
  • Anticipate and mitigate potential HR-related risks and challenges.

Talent Acquisition and Management:

  • Oversee the recruitment and selection process to attract and retain top talent.
  • Develop effective strategies for sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions.
  • Develop and manage performance evaluation systems to assess employee performance and promote career development.

Employee Relations and Compliance:

  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
  • Handle disciplinary actions, grievances, and other employee-related matters in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Foster a positive work environment and promote employee engagement and satisfaction.

Training and Development:

  • Identify training and development needs within the organization and develop programs to address them.
  • Collaborate with department heads to design and deliver training sessions on topics such as leadership development, diversity and inclusion, and performance management.

Compensation and Benefits Administration:

  • Oversee the design and implementation of competitive compensation and benefits programs.
  • Conduct regular benchmarking studies to ensure the organization's compensation and benefits remain competitive in the market.

HR Analytics and Reporting:

  • Utilize HR data and analytics to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations on key HR metrics and trends for senior management and other stakeholders.

Process Excellence:

  • Streamline company’s processes and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Implement best practices and standards to ensure compliance and quality.
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate HR systems to identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • 6+ years of experience in HR management roles, with a proven track record of success.
  • Thorough knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively influence and collaborate with others.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and other relevant software applications.
  • HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, SPHR) are a plus.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
