Position: HR Manager

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Work Location: In-person (Pune)

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic HR Management: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s business objectives and growth plans.
• Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Handle end-to-end recruitment for roles across sales, marketing, project management, site staff, and corporate functions.
• Performance Management: Design and execute performance appraisal systems, KPI frameworks, and employee evaluations.
• Training & Development: Identify training needs, conduct skill enhancement programs, and foster employee career growth.
• Employee Relations: Maintain a healthy work culture, address grievances, and ensure transparent communication across teams.
• Payroll & Compliance: Oversee payroll processing and statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, etc.), and conduct HR audits.
• Policy Implementation: Develop, review, and enforce HR policies in line with labor laws and company standards.
• Compensation & Benefits: Manage salary structures, incentives, and retention strategies to ensure competitive compensation.
• HR Analytics: Prepare and analyze HR reports (attrition, manpower planning, etc.) for management insights.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Education: MBA or Master’s degree in Human Resources / Personnel Management.

Experience: Minimum 10 years of HR experience, with at least 4–5 years in a managerial role in the real estate or construction sector.

Skills:

• In-depth knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliances.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication abilities.
• Proficiency in HRMS tools and MS Office Suite.
• Excellent time management and multitasking skills.
• Strategic thinker with a practical, hands-on approach.
