Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Human Resources Manager to lead our organization’s HR initiatives and foster a positive, compliant, and high-performing workplace culture. In this role, you will drive talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development efforts. Your leadership will ensure that HR practices align with business goals while promoting employee engagement, legal compliance, and operational excellence. Duties

  • Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies that support organizational growth and talent management objectives.
  • Oversee talent acquisition processes, including sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and employee orientation to attract top talent.
  • Manage employee relations by addressing conflicts, conducting investigations, and facilitating effective resolution strategies.
  • Lead performance management initiatives, including employee evaluations, goal setting, and development plans to enhance workforce productivity.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws such as FMLA (Family and Medical Leave Act), OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration), labor law regulations, and workers' compensation policies.
  • Administer benefits programs, payroll systems (e.g., Workday, ADP), HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems), and other human resources software like SAP SuccessFactors or Oracle HCM.
  • Drive organizational design efforts, including process improvement projects and change management initiatives to optimize HR operations.
  • Provide strategic guidance to senior leadership on human capital planning, succession planning, and workforce analytics through data collection and analysis skills.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in supervising HR teams with strong leadership capabilities in managing multiple HR functions simultaneously.
  • Extensive knowledge of employment law, labor regulations, OSHA standards, FMLA policies, and workers' compensation procedures.
  • Demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition strategies using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) such as Taleo or Greenhouse.
  • Proficiency with HRIS platforms like UltiPro, Paychex, Kronos, Paylocity or Ceridian for payroll processing and data management.
  • Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication skills to foster positive employee relations and resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Experience in training & development programs aimed at enhancing employee skills and organizational growth.
  • Ability to lead change management initiatives while maintaining compliance with legal standards such as contracts and labor agreements.
  • Familiarity with strategic planning processes related to human resources management including budgeting and process improvement projects.
  • Knowledge of HR metrics analysis for data-driven decision-making in areas like employee evaluation and talent management. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $160,199.96 - $242,498.88 per year
