Job Role: HR Manager

Budget: 50k to 60k
Scope of Work:1. Recruitment & Onboarding
- Manage end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer roll-out).
- Coordinate with department heads to assess manpower requirements.
- Oversee employee onboarding, induction, and orientation programs.
- Maintain a candidate database and track recruitment metrics.
2. HR Operations & Administration
- Maintain and update employee records, HRIS, and attendance systems.
- Manage payroll inputs, leaves, and attendance.
- Oversee statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Shops & Establishment, etc.).
- Handle HR audits, documentation, and implementation of HR policies.
3. Employee Engagement & Relations
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities, events, and recognition programs.
- Foster a positive work environment and address employee grievances promptly.
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze attrition data for improvement opportunities.
4. Performance Management
- Implement and monitor performance appraisal systems (KPIs, KRAs, OKRs).
- Guide managers and employees during performance review cycles.
- Support career development and succession planning initiatives.
5. Learning & Development
- Identify training needs across departments.
- Plan and coordinate internal/external training programs.
- Track training effectiveness and maintain training documentation.
6. HR Policies & Compliance
- Draft, revise, and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational policies.
- Liaise with consultants, auditors, and statutory authorities when required.
7. Strategic HR & Business Partnering
- Support leadership with manpower planning and organization development.
- Provide HR analytics and insights to management.
- Contribute to employer branding and employee value proposition initiatives.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
