Key Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end HR operations: recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination & compliance.
  • Manage HR policies, employee engagement, performance management & PIP.
  • Support managers with HR guidance, grievance handling & employee relations.
  • Plan training programs and drive productivity enhancement initiatives.
  • Oversee statutory compliance (PF, ESI), HR reporting & admin tasks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with 4–5 years of HR experience.
  • Strong communication (English & Kannada), interpersonal & problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of HR practices, compliance & employment laws.
  • Ability to multitask, maintain confidentiality & work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
