Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end HR operations: recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination & compliance.
- Manage HR policies, employee engagement, performance management & PIP.
- Support managers with HR guidance, grievance handling & employee relations.
- Plan training programs and drive productivity enhancement initiatives.
- Oversee statutory compliance (PF, ESI), HR reporting & admin tasks.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 4–5 years of HR experience.
- Strong communication (English & Kannada), interpersonal & problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of HR practices, compliance & employment laws.
- Ability to multitask, maintain confidentiality & work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
