What we require:

Full-time MBA/Post-graduation degree in HR, Administration, or a related field.

6-7 years of experience in HR with 2-3 years in leadership roles with a focus on strategy, operations, and administration.

Proven expertise in HR policy development, talent management, and strategic HR planning.

Strong leadership skills to drive organizational culture, employee engagement, and team performance.
-
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
-
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills to collaborate with leadership, staff, and external stakeholders.
-
Advanced proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, and HRMS platforms.
-
Experience in the development/public health/non-profit sector is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
-
HR Management: Play a key role in developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and Staffing strategy in alignment to Khushi Baby’s goals and Vision
-
HR Policy & Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws, legal frameworks, and best HR practices.
-
Performance Management: Conduct 360 performance review of the employees and carry out annual appraisals in close coordination with Vertical leads.

Employee development and Engagement: Leads employee development initiatives, including strategic onboarding, training, and continuous learning programs to enhance staff skills and performance. Develop initiatives to maintain a motivated, engaged, and high-performing workforce.

Leadership Collaboration: Work closely with senior management to drive HR initiatives and organizational growth.

Talent Management: Work closely with the talent acquisition team in ensuring quality hiring and strong retention, aligned with the organization’s goals and vision.

Conflict Resolution: Support the KB CR/Grievance redressal team, to resolve the team conflicts, disputes and grievances.
-
Use of Tools and Technologies : Ensure active utilization of the HR supporting tools and technologies (e.g. HRMS) to run day to day operations seamlessly in alignment of various sub-components of Admin & HR.

Administrative Oversight: Work in close coordination with Admin, logistics and finance team to Support logistics, travel management, procurement, and financial administration.
