Title: Human Resource Manager
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Human Resource Manager to lead and manage all human resource functions within the organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing HR strategies, managing employee lifecycle processes, ensuring legal compliance, and fostering a high-performance, positive workplace culture aligned with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Management:
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with business objectives.
- Act as a strategic partner to leadership in workforce planning and organizational development.
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including manpower planning, job postings, interviews, and final selection.
- Build effective hiring strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Ensure a seamless onboarding and induction experience for new hires.
Employee Relations & Engagement:
- Serve as the primary point of escalation for employee concerns, grievances, and conflict resolution.
- Promote a positive, inclusive, and high-engagement work culture.
- Plan and execute employee engagement, wellness, and retention initiatives.
HR Operations & Payroll:
- Manage HR operations including employee records, HRIS, attendance, and payroll processing.
- Ensure accurate and timely payroll while maintaining confidentiality and compliance.
- Monitor and improve HR operational efficiency.
Performance Management:
- Design, implement, and manage performance appraisal systems.
- Coach managers on goal setting, performance reviews, feedback, and corrective actions.
- Support talent development and succession planning initiatives.
Compliance & Policy Management:
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and internal company policies.
- Review, update, and implement HR policies and procedures as required.
- Handle audits, documentation, and statutory reporting.
Training & Development:
- Identify organizational and individual training needs.
- Plan and coordinate training programs, workshops, and learning initiatives.
- Encourage continuous learning and career development across teams.
HR Analytics & Reporting:
- Track and analyze HR metrics such as attrition, recruitment effectiveness, absenteeism, and engagement.
- Prepare and present HR reports to management to support data-driven decisions.
Experience & Qualifications:
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in Human Resources, preferably in a managerial or senior HR role.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and performance management systems.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
