About the Role:

We are looking for an HR professional with strong attention to detail and a people-first mindset, ready to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment. The HR Manager will be responsible for managing daily HR operations, including employee onboarding (visas, Emirates ID, medical insurance), document provision, payroll support, and ongoing communication with local UAE authorities.

This position requires close collaboration with top management and involves direct support to the Executive Director and Chief Business Development Officer.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law, ADGM, and DWTC Employment Regulations
  • Lead onboarding and orientation for new employees, ensuring regulatory compliance (e.g., visas, EID, contracts)
  • Manage background checks, document collection, and visa processes (issuance, renewals, cancellations)
  • Provide official employment documents as required by authorities and employees
  • Coordinate employee benefits including medical insurance and liaise with travel team for relocations
  • Maintain accurate HR records in Zoho People and Zoho Payroll , manage employee lifecycle (onboarding to offboarding)
  • Prepare payroll inputs and support monthly processing
  • Handle disciplinary procedures and support grievance management
  • Liaise with free zone authorities (ADGM and DWTC) for regulatory matters
  • Contribute to HR strategy, organizational development, and workforce planning
  • Support internal audits and regulatory inspections related to HR compliance
  • Organize team events and employee engagement initiatives

Qualifications & Skills Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, or related field
  • Relevant certifications in UAE labour laws and employment regulations
  • Proven HR experience in the UAE, ideally in ADGM or DWTC
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Resident of Abu Dhabi; flexibility for short business trips to Dubai
  • Fluent in English and Russian (verbal and written)
  • Proficiency in HR systems (preferably Zoho)
  • Excellent time management and interpersonal communication skills
