Job Summary
We are seeking a strategic, tech-savvy, and business-aligned HR Manager with 4–5 years of experience, preferably from the service, creative, or event industry. This role requires deep expertise in HR strategy, team leadership, employee development, and HR technology systems.
The HR Manager will be responsible for driving organizational effectiveness through structured HR practices, advanced people analytics, system automation, and robust talent development frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
1. HR Strategy & Business Partnership
- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals, growth plans, and organizational culture.
- Act as a strategic HR business partner to leadership and department heads.
- Drive organizational design, workforce planning, and succession planning.
2. HR Technology & Systems Management
- Lead implementation and optimization of HRMS platforms (Zoho People, Zoho Recruit, Zoho Payroll, or similar).
- Automate HR processes including attendance, leave, payroll coordination, performance reviews, and documentation.
- Maintain accurate HR databases, dashboards, and MIS reports.
- Use HR analytics and reports to support data-driven decision-making.
3. Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding
- Design and manage end-to-end recruitment strategies across creative, servicing, production, and leadership roles.
- Build employer branding initiatives across digital platforms and professional networks.
- Ensure structured onboarding and probation review processes.
4. Performance Management & Developmental Planning
- Design and manage performance management systems (KRAs, KPIs, OKRs).
- Create Individual Development Plans (IDPs) and leadership development frameworks.
- Drive training calendars, learning interventions, and capability-building programs.
- Coach managers on performance feedback, PIPs, and career planning.
5. Leadership & Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team.
- Define HR SOPs, workflows, and compliance structures.
- Ensure high service delivery standards across HR operations.
6. Employee Relations, Engagement & Culture
- Manage employee relations, grievance handling, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
- Design employee engagement initiatives aligned with creative and service-driven culture.
- Build strong internal communication frameworks.
7. Compensation, Compliance & Risk Management
- Oversee compensation structures, salary benchmarking, and benefits administration.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, audits, and HR governance.
- Maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive employee data responsibly.
8. HR Analytics & Reporting
- Track and analyze HR metrics such as attrition, hiring effectiveness, engagement, and productivity.
- Present actionable insights and reports to leadership.
- Continuously improve HR processes using data and feedback.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- 4–5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in events, service, hospitality, media, or creative agencies.
- Proven expertise in HR strategy, HR operations, and people development.
- Strong working knowledge of Zoho HRMS (Zoho People, Recruit, Payroll) or similar platforms.
- Advanced knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and HR best practices.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- HR certifications (SHRM, HRCI, etc.) are an added advantage.

Pay: ₹36,000.00 - ₹48,000.00 per month
