DigitalVia Technologies Pvt Ltd is looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager to manage end-to-end human resource functions for our growing digital marketing company. The role involves complete ownership of HR operations including hiring, onboarding, training, performance management, policy formulation, employee engagement, compliance, and exit management. The ideal candidate should understand fast-paced agency culture and support business growth through effective people management.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Plan and execute hiring strategies for business development, digital marketing roles (SEO, PPC, Social Media, Content, Designers, Sales, Counselors, Developers, etc.)
  • Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviews, offer rollout, and joining formalities
  • Maintain recruitment metrics and hiring dashboards
  • Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning

2. Onboarding, Training & Development

  • Manage onboarding process for new hires
  • Design and implement training programs for freshers and experienced employees
  • Coordinate technical, soft skills, and compliance training
  • Track training effectiveness and skill development

3. HR Policies & Compliance

  • Draft, implement, and update HR policies (Leave, Attendance, WFH, Performance, Disciplinary, Code of Conduct, etc.)
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and company regulations
  • Maintain employee handbook and policy documentation

4. Performance Management

  • Design and manage performance appraisal systems
  • Monitor employee productivity and KPIs
  • Handle poor performance cases and improvement plans (PIP)
  • Support management in promotions, increments, and role changes

5. Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Act as a bridge between management and employees
  • Handle employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives, events, and culture-building activities
  • Maintain positive work environment and team morale

6. Payroll, Attendance & HR Operations

  • Manage attendance, leave records, and payroll coordination
  • Maintain employee records, HRMIS, and documentation
  • Ensure timely salary processing and statutory deductions (PF, ESIC if applicable)
  • Handle HR audits and reports

7. Exit & Separation Management

  • Manage resignation, termination, and exit processes
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze attrition trends
  • Ensure full & final settlements and clearance formalities

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of HR practices and labor laws
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
  • Strong decision-making and conflict resolution skills
  • Experience in handling fast-growing teams and agency culture
  • Proficient in MS Office / HRMS tools

Qualification & Experience:

  • MBA / PGDM in HR or relevant field
  • 2+ years of experience as HR Manager or Senior HR role
  • Experience in Digital Marketing / IT / Service-based company preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹400,000.00 per year
