Human Resources Manager

Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Human Resources Manager to lead our HR initiatives and foster a positive, compliant, and high-performing workplace environment. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies that support organizational objectives and promote a positive workplace culture.
  • Lead talent acquisition efforts by designing effective sourcing strategies, managing applicant tracking systems (ATS), conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees.
  • Oversee employee relations programs to foster open communication, resolve conflicts efficiently, and ensure compliance with employment laws such as FMLA, OSHA, and labor regulations.
  • Manage performance management processes including employee evaluations, goal setting, coaching, and succession planning to enhance workforce productivity.
  • Administer benefits programs such as health insurance, workers' compensation, retirement plans, and leave policies while ensuring compliance with applicable laws like ERISA.
  • Supervise payroll processing using platforms such as Paychex, ADP, or Workday; ensure accuracy in compensation administration and data collection.
  • Lead training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills through workshops, leadership programs, and continuous learning opportunities.
  • Drive process improvements within HR functions by utilizing HRIS systems like SAP SuccessFactors or Oracle HCM for data analysis and reporting.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership on organizational design projects to optimize structure for efficiency and growth.
  • Manage HR program management activities including policy updates, contract negotiations, change management initiatives, and compliance audits.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in human resources management with a minimum of several years in supervisory or leadership roles within HR functions.
  • Extensive knowledge of employment law including FMLA, OSHA regulations, labor law compliance, and workers' compensation procedures.
  • Strong negotiation skills for vendor contracts, benefits administration, and conflict resolution.
  • Demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition strategies utilizing various sourcing tools such as Taleo, UltiPro, or Kronos; experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Proficiency in HRIS platforms like PeopleSoft, Ceridian, or Dayforce; excellent data analysis skills for reporting and decision-making purposes.
  • Exceptional communication skills to effectively present ideas to senior leadership and facilitate employee engagement initiatives.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail in process improvement efforts.
  • Familiarity with organizational design principles and strategic planning processes that align HR functions with business objectives.
  • Knowledge of benefits administration including health plans, retirement options, leave policies, and compliance requirements like OSHA standards. Pay: $37,600.00 - $48,100.00 per year
