Delta Design and Engineering is a construction company specializing in interior design and fit-outs. We are a growing organization managing multiple projects and teams across different domains, and we are looking for a competent HR Manager to lead and streamline our human resource operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals
• Manage recruitment and talent acquisition processes
• Oversee onboarding and employee documentation
• Design and implement performance management systems
• Develop HR policies, SOPs, and compliance frameworks
• Handle employee relations and conflict resolution
• Manage payroll coordination, attendance, and leave records
• Lead team engagement and retention initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• 3–5 years of experience in HR management (construction/creative industry preferred)
• Strong understanding of recruitment, HR policies, and labor laws
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple departments and external teams
