Position Summary — The Human Resources Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing assigned areas of the HR function, including employee relations and performance management. This role ensures HR policies and practices align with organizational goals and legal requirements while fostering a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture. The HR Manager serves as a strategic partner to leadership and a resource to employees, playing a key role in talent acquisition, planning, talent development, and organizational effectiveness.

Qualifications
Experience: 5–7 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2–3 years in a supervisory or managerial role. Experience in talent acquisition, training and development, and employee relations is a plus. Prior experience in a multi-functional HR role or within a government, nonprofit, or tribal organization is a plus.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
Licenses & Certifications: SHRM or PHR Certification preferred. Valid State Driver’s License and insurable driving record. Tribal HR designation preferred.

High level of professionalism, cultural sensitivity, and integrity.
Work Environment & Physical Demands
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds, handle paperwork, and operate office machinery.
