Human Resources Manager

<Job Summary>
Subterraneus Inc is in need of dedicated and experienced human resources manager. This can be a work from home position, as long as our strict communications and task management requirements are met.

<Duties>

  • Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with organizational goals, focusing on talent acquisition, succession planning, and organizational design.
  • Lead recruitment efforts by scouting and hiring responsbilities.
  • Oversee employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure smooth integration of new hires into the company culture.
  • Manage performance appraisal processes, employee evaluations, and ongoing training & development initiatives to promote continuous growth.
  • Administer benefits programs including health insurance, workers' compensation, payroll systems like ADP or Paychex, and other employee benefits to ensure compliance and employee satisfaction.
  • Handle employee relations issues proactively by mediating conflicts using conflict management techniques and fostering a positive work environment.
  • Ensure compliance with employment & labor law regulations such as OSHA and FMLA while maintaining accurate records for audits and reporting.
  • Supervise HR staff and collaborate with senior leadership on strategic planning initiatives related to human capital management and change management projects.
  • Oversee HR metrics analysis through data collection and analysis skills to inform decision-making on workforce planning and process improvements.

<Qualifications>

  • Proven experience in supervising HR teams with a strong background in talent management, employee relations, and strategic HR planning.
  • Extensive knowledge of employment & labor law, OSHA regulations, workers' compensation procedures, and benefits administration.
  • Demonstrated expertise in HR sourcing tools such as Taleo, UltiPro, Kronos, Paylocity, or Ceridian; familiarity with HRIS systems like Oracle HCM or SAP SuccessFactors is preferred.
  • Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent communication skills to effectively manage contracts, employee negotiations, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Experience in managing payroll systems such as Dayforce or Paychex along with proficiency in data analysis skills for reporting purposes.
  • Ability to lead change management initiatives while fostering a culture of continuous improvement through process enhancement strategies.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related field; advanced certifications like SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP are advantageous. Join us to make a meaningful impact by cultivating a motivated workforce where every individual can thrive!

Pay: From $52,000.00 per year
