Responsibilities
- Lead talent acquisition efforts by managing sourcing strategies, conducting interviews, and overseeing onboarding processes to attract top talent.
- Develop and implement comprehensive employee orientation programs to facilitate smooth integration of new hires.
- Oversee performance management systems, including employee evaluations, goal setting, and feedback processes to enhance productivity.
- Manage employee relations by addressing conflicts, conducting investigations, and ensuring a positive work environment aligned with employment law regulations.
- Administer benefits programs such as health insurance, retirement plans, workers' compensation, and leave policies in compliance with FMLA (Family and Medical Leave Act) and OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) standards.
- Supervise HRIS (Human Resources Information System) platforms like Workday, ADP, or SAP SuccessFactors for data collection, payroll processing, and reporting accuracy.
- Drive strategic planning initiatives related to organization design, succession planning, and process improvements to optimize human capital management.
Requirements
- Proven experience in supervising HR teams with a strong background in human resources management functions such as recruiting, employee relations, and benefits administration.
- Extensive knowledge of employment law including FMLA, OSHA regulations, labor law compliance, and workers' compensation procedures.
- Demonstrated skills in negotiation, conflict management, and effective communication with senior leadership and employees at all levels.
- Proficiency with HRIS systems such as Oracle HCM, UltiPro, Taleo or Paylocity; familiarity with payroll systems like Paychex or Kronos is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities through program management and process improvement techniques.
- Excellent data analysis skills for workforce metrics evaluation and strategic decision-making.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field; advanced certifications such as SHRM-SCP or PHR are advantageous. Pay: $50,521.85 - $65,660.73 per year
