Human Resources Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR Manager to lead and oversee all human resource functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and daily HR operations. The ideal candidate will drive HR initiatives, ensure compliance with company policies, and support organizational growth through effective people management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the full recruitment and onboarding process
  • Lead hiring strategies, including screening, interviewing, and selection decisions
  • Supervise maintenance of employee records, attendance, and HR documentation
  • Manage payroll coordination and ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution and workplace issues
  • Lead performance management processes and employee evaluations
  • Ensure HR compliance with labor laws and company policies
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
  • Monitor employee engagement and retention initiatives
  • Supervise and guide HR team members

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • 4-5 years of HR experience, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems

Note: Office timings are 7PM – 4AM
