Liberty Books is looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to join our team!

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
• Manage performance appraisal processes and employee relations
• Oversee payroll coordination and compliance
• Drive organizational development and culture initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR or related field
• 10 years of relevant HR experience
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Hands-on experience with HR systems

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs130,000.00 - Rs160,000.00 per month
