Responsibilities

As our HR Manager, your key responsibility will be to lead the Human Resources function by aligning people strategies with business goals while supporting leadership and employees across the organization.


A. HR Leadership & Employee Relations

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on HR policies, employee relations, and organizational matters
  • Act as the primary resource for employees by interpreting policies and resolving workplace concerns
  • Lead investigations and advise on disciplinary actions, terminations, and policy violations
  • Ensure compliance with all federal and state employment laws and maintain up-to-date policies
  • Identify gaps in HR processes and implement improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness

B. Talent, Compensation & HR Operations

  • Partner with hiring managers to assess staffing needs and oversee the full-cycle recruiting process
  • Supervise and support the in-house recruiters
  • Lead onboarding and orientation efforts to create a strong employee experience from day one
  • Manage compensation and benefits programs, including vendor relationships and compliance
  • Stay current on HR trends, legislation, and best practices to continuously enhance programs and strategy

What it takes

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, I/O Psychology, or related field preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant HR experience
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
  • Experience managing or leading HR functions and/or team members
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS/HCM systems
  • Ability to occasionally travel to affiliate locations and job sites
