Position Overview


We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager with healthcare or dental experience to lead and manage all HR operations across our organization. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about employee experience, onboarding excellence, and building scalable HR systems in a high-growth environment. You will work closely with leadership to support team development, ensure compliance, and build programs that attract, retain, and develop top talent.


Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage all HR operations, including onboarding, payroll, benefits, and employee relations

  • Develop, implement, and continuously improve HR policies, procedures, and organizational structures
  • Oversee and administer employee benefits programs (health, dental, vision, 401k)
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting, including identifying hiring needs, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Ensure all employee records and HR systems are accurate, compliant, and up to date
  • Process payroll accurately and on time
  • Design and implement training and development programs to support employee growth
  • Serve as a trusted resource for employees, addressing questions and resolving issues professionally
  • Partner with leadership to reinforce a strong, positive, and accountable company culture


What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 3+ years of HR experience
  • Strong understanding of onboarding, payroll, and HR compliance
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Proven ability to solve problems and manage multiple priorities
  • Experience in healthcare or dental industry preferred (not required)
