Role Description

This is a full time, on site position based in Riyadh for a Human Resources Manager. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, and regulatory compliance within the organization. The role involves policy development, training and development programs, employee relations, and the establishment of a positive work environment. Additionally, the HR Manager will provide strategic input to align HR initiatives with Zuha's operational and cultural goals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, and Workforce Planning
• Experience in Employee Relations, Conflict Resolution, and promoting a positive workplace culture
• Strong skills in Training, Development, and Performance Management programs
• Knowledge of HR Compliance, Labor Laws, and Organizational Policies
• Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship building skills
• Familiarity with HR software and systems to drive organizational efficiency
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (MBA or HR certification is a plus)
• Previous experience in the hospitality or real estate industry.
