Job Purpose:

  • Develop and manage RSG's HR technology and people analytics infrastructure, ensuring system implementation, data accuracy, and integrity, and acting as the central enabler of workforce insights and HR digitalization across RSG.


Job Responsibilities:


Functional Responsibilities

  • Oversee the implementation, configuration, and continuous optimization of HRIS platforms, ensuring systems are reliable, efficient, and aligned with HR's operational needs.
  • Establish and maintain HR data governance frameworks, including data standards, validation processes, system controls, and audit mechanisms to ensure accuracy and integrity across all HR platforms.
  • Define and standardize mandatory HR data fields in alignment with HR CoEs, ensuring critical employee data is consistently captured across key HR processes (e.g., onboarding, payroll).
  • Govern HR master data quality across all systems, ensuring consistency and accuracy throughout the employee lifecycle.
  • Lead the development and maintenance of HR dashboards and reporting tools that deliver real-time, insight driven analytics to HR leadership and organizational decision-makers.
  • Develop and implement workforce analytics frameworks to monitor and interpret trends in engagement, turnover, performance, and other strategic workforce indicators.
  • Ensure HR data analytics outputs actively inform HR strategic planning, initiatives, and framework development in collaboration with HR Strategy & PMO.
  • Drive HR process automation initiatives, ensuring automation workflows align with RSG's Delegation of Authority and authority matrix by embedding the correct approver flows during system configuration.
  • Serve as the Digital HR subject matter expert, owning the HR-side relationship with Technology and Applications Solutions teams, and ensuring all system changes are properly defined, approved, and governed before technical execution.
  • Oversee user change management for HRIS deployments and monitor ongoing system adoption, driving continuous improvement in how HR digital tools are utilized across the function.
  • Support secure and compliant HR data management in line with RSG's data protection governance and applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure HR Intelligence project delivery at section level, overseeing scope, timelines, risks, and stakeholder engagement across concurrent system initiatives.


Managerial Responsibilities

  • Contribute to providing input to the Department’s strategy from the Section or Unit perspective, in alignment with RSG’s vision and mission.
  • Contribute to developing the Section or Unit’s objectives, KPIs, and annual operational plans, ensuring implementation meets performance targets.
  • Contribute to the Section or Unit’s budget preparation and monitor financial performance.
  • Implement and ensure adherence to Section or Unit policies and procedures; oversee performance and KPI communication.
  • Ensure effective staffing, development, and deployment of Section or Unit employees in coordination with higher management.

Qualifications & Experience:


Academic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in MIS, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. (Master's
  • Degree Preferred)


Years of Experience

  • 10 years (with 2+ in managerial roles) of relevant experience


Other Requirements

  • SAP SuccessFactors Certification (Preferred)
  • Certified Human Resources Information Professional – CHRIP (Preferred)
