Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Human Resources Manager to lead our HR department and support our organization's strategic goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources management, including expertise in employment and labor law, talent acquisition, and employee relations. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to manage conflict effectively, and a commitment to fostering a positive workplace culture.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of human resources management, including recruitment, onboarding, training & development, and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with FMLA, OSHA regulations, and other employment laws.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with organizational goals.
- Manage employee relations issues and provide guidance on conflict management.
- Lead talent acquisition efforts, including sourcing candidates and conducting interviews.
- Supervise HR staff and provide mentorship to enhance their professional development.
- Administer benefits programs and oversee payroll processes using HRIS systems such as ISolved.
- Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic planning initiatives related to human capital management.
- Conduct employee evaluations and support succession planning efforts within the organization.
- Analyze data related to workforce metrics for process improvement and program management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Bilingual- Spanish
- Proven experience in HR roles with a focus on talent management, organization design, and employee evaluation.
- Strong knowledge of employment & labor law, including FMLA and workers' compensation regulations.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated ability in strategic planning and change management initiatives.
- Exceptional communication skills with strong presentation abilities.
