Human Resources Manager- Building Construction

Recruitment and Staffing

  • Talent Acquisition: Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire skilled employees.
  • Job Descriptions: Create and update job descriptions and specifications for various roles within the company.
  • Interviewing and Selection: Conduct interviews, evaluate candidates, and select the best fit for open positions.

Onboarding Programs: Design and manage onboarding programs to ensure new employees are integrated smoothly into the company.

  • Training and Development: Identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
  • Employee Engagement: Foster a positive work environment and promote employee engagement and satisfaction.
  • Conflict Resolution: Address employee grievances and conflicts, providing mediation and resolution strategies.
  • Communication: Facilitate effective communication between employees and management.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Salary Management: Develop and manage competitive salary structures and compensation packages.
  • Benefits Administration: Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
  • Payroll Management: Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll.

Compliance and Legal Affairs

  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations, including health and safety standards.
  • Policy Development: Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with legal requirements and best practices.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation.
  • Succession Planning: Identify and develop internal talent to ensure a strong pipeline of future leaders.
  • Retention Strategies: Implement strategies to retain top talent and reduce employee turnover.
  • Safety Programs: Develop and implement workplace safety programs and protocols.
  • Compliance: Ensure the company adheres to occupational health and safety regulations.
  • Training: Provide safety training and resources to employees .

Previous UAE experience of minimum 05 years required in the building construction field.
