Job Title: Human Resources Manager

Job Summary:

The Human Resources Manager will oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, training, performance management, and compliance. The role requires a people-focused leader who understands hospitality culture and can build a motivated, service-oriented workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for all departments, ensuring the selection of skilled and service-driven professionals.
  • Develop and implement HR policies aligned with hospitality standards and local labor laws.
  • Manage employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary actions with fairness and professionalism.
  • Oversee payroll coordination, attendance, and leave management.
  • Design and execute training programs to enhance guest service, grooming, and operational excellence.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and support career development plans.
  • Foster a positive workplace culture focused on teamwork, engagement, and retention.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, health & safety standards, and brand policies.
  • Partner with management to align HR strategy with business goals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or Hospitality Management.
  • 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in hotels or restaurants.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in HR software and MS Office tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
