Principle accountabilities, role and responsibilities

To ensure that the Human Resource Department provides a professional support to the company, its senior managers and subsidiaries in a timely, accurate and relevant manner.

Assisting HR Manager in Drafting, Reviewing & Implementation of HR Policies, formats.
-
Assisting HR Manager in error free timely payroll processing and its disbursement of salary.
-
Monthly attendance management.
-
Handle queries related to payroll.
-
Assisting HR Manager in recruitment.
-
Responsible for on boarding of successful candidates (visa, accommodation, tickets travel) with the support of the PRO.
-
Responsible for scheduling of Visa Medical, Visa Stamping, Visa Renewal, Visa Cancellation.

Preparation of monthly reports (Leave Balance, Gratuity Balance, Air Ticket Balance)

Maintain strong employee relations and identify expressed and implied needs which may affect the morale and motivation of employees.

Ensure accurate and regular updating database of HR department.

Develop open and transparent communication channels in the organization and ensure translation of policies and procedures to the last level.

Assist HR Manager in conducting the Annual Performance Appraisal exercise.

Responsible for completion of Exit formalities as per processes till full & final settlement of the employee

Maintain the confidentiality of the department’s activity.

Comply with the Health, Safety and Environmental Policies

Carrying out assigned tasks in safe manner

Attend HSE Trainings and Drills

Supervise and Monitor safety of team

Report any unsafe conditions and practices at workplace

Any other duties assigned by the Reporting Manager

Qualifications
-
Graduation / MBA / Masters in related discipline (Human Resources / Social Welfare)
