Location: Riyadh-Saudi Arabia

Position Overview:


The HR Officer will play a key role in supporting the full spectrum of HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee services, and HR administration. This position is responsible for ensuring accurate employee records, assisting in training and performance management processes, and supporting compliance with Saudi labor law and company policies. Working closely with managers and employees, the HR Officer will help drive smooth HR processes and contribute to creating an efficient and employee-focused work environment.


Responsibilities :


Recruitment Support

  • Assist in sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews for candidates.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers on recruitment needs and timelines.
  • Maintain and update job postings across recruitment platforms.

Onboarding & Offboarding

  • Prepare and organize onboarding documents for new hires.
  • Support induction programs and ensure smooth integration of new employees.
  • Process resignations and assist in exit formalities.

HR Administration

  • Maintain employee records and HR databases.
  • Provide support in HRIS data entry, updates, and reporting.
  • Handle day-to-day HR queries from employees.

Training & Development Support

  • Assist in coordinating training programs and workshops.
  • Collect feedback from employees to evaluate training effectiveness.

Performance Management Support

  • Provide administrative support during performance appraisal cycles.
  • Compile data and prepare reports for management review.

Compliance & Employee Services

  • Support in managing visa applications, iqama renewals, GOSI, and government portals.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor law requirements.


Qualifications:


Education:


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Engineer, or a related field


Languages:


  • Arabic (Native)
  • English (very good, written and verbal)


Years of experience:


  • 1-3 years of experience


Key Competencies/Skills:


  • Familiarity with recruitment platforms and HRIS systems.
  • Knowledge of Saudi labor law and government portals is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
