Human Resources Officer

Cairo, Egypt

Job Summary

The HR Officer will support the daily human resources operations and administrative functions. This role ensures compliance with company policies and Egyptian labor law while maintaining accurate HR documentation, managing employee relations, and overseeing administrative processes to keep office operations running smoothly and efficiently.


Working Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday – 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (1-hour break) , on-site in New Cairo, Festival City.


Key Responsibilities


Human Resources:

  • Maintain and update employee records, personal files, and HR databases in compliance with company policies and labor laws.
  • Prepare HR-related letters and documentation (salary certificates, NOCs, employment confirmations, etc.).
  • Track attendance, leaves, and overtime to support payroll processing.
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding procedures, ensuring proper documentation and system updates.
  • Assist in employee relations and welfare initiatives, including internal communications and engagement activities.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, local labor law, and company standards.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.


Administration:

  • Oversee office logistics, including supplies, maintenance, and vendor coordination.
  • Manage correspondence, memos, and document filing for HR and administration.
  • Maintain office asset records, contracts, and service agreements.
  • Provide general administrative support to management and other departments when required.


Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in HR operations and administrative work.
  • Good understanding of Egyptian labor laws and HR procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
