We are looking for a proactive Junior HR professional to support employee welfare and engagement initiatives. The role involves assisting with HR operations, maintaining employee records, and ensuring a positive and supportive work environment in compliance with Saudi labor regulations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with employee welfare programs and initiatives, including health, well-being, and engagement activities.
  • Support day to day HR operations, such as maintaining employee records, leave management, and onboarding/offboarding processes.
  • Assist in addressing employee inquiries and concerns, escalating grievances to senior HR when necessary.
  • Help organize team events, recognition programs, and employee engagement activities.
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law and company HR policies.
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee information and HR documentation.
  • Support HR reporting and administrative tasks as needed.
  • Collaborate with HR team on projects related to employee satisfaction, welfare, and engagement.
  • Qualifications & Experience:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
    • 0–2 years of experience in HR or employee relations (fresh graduates with internship experience are welcome).
    • Basic knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and HR best practices.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
    • Proficient in MS Office; HR systems knowledge is a plus.
