HR Executive (Talent & Administration)

Role Summary
The HR Executive is responsible for the full spectrum of Human Resources duties, with a primary focus on recruitment, employee administration, and ensuring compliance with company policies and local labor laws. This role is crucial in supporting both the corporate office and the operational (warehouse/distribution) teams.
Note: The company is currently seeking a candidate who identifies as male for this role to maintain current team diversity requirements.
Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment and Talent Acquisition
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for both white-collar roles (Sales, Admin) and blue-collar roles (Production, Warehouse, Drivers).
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate final interviews with department heads.
- Maintain a robust candidate database and manage all job postings on relevant platforms.
2. Employee Relations and Engagement
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries, grievances, and disciplinary issues, ensuring fair and prompt resolution.
- Organize and coordinate employee engagement activities and training sessions.
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to improve employee retention strategies.
3. HR Administration and Compliance
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including confidential files, contracts, and personal information (physically and digitally).
- Process monthly attendance, manage leave applications (annual leave, sick leave), and compile inputs for payroll processing.
- Ensure all HR practices, policies, and procedures comply with relevant local labor laws and government regulations.
- Handle the issuance of official HR correspondence (warning letters, memos, termination notices, experience certificates).
4. Performance and Onboarding
- Facilitate the smooth onboarding and induction process for all new hires, ensuring they understand company culture, policies, and health and safety standards (especially for warehouse personnel).
- Assist in the annual performance appraisal process and documentation management.
Qualifications and Skills-Education & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of progressive experience in an HR Generalist or Executive role, preferably within the Manufacturing, Chemical, or Distribution sectors.
- Proven experience handling blue-collar recruitment volumes is a significant advantage.
Skills
- Knowledge of Local Labor Law: Strong working knowledge of local employment and immigration regulations.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, and proficiency in [Local/Relevant Language, e.g., Arabic] is highly desirable.
- Technical Proficiency: Competent in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with HR Information Systems (HRIS).
- Interpersonal Skills: High level of confidentiality, strong negotiation skills, and ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism.
Walk-in Applications: Oversee the acceptance and processing of all walk-in applications at the DIP Branch, ensuring they are accepted only until 4:00 PM daily.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
