We’re now hiring a Junior HR Executive (Generalist) to support and strengthen our HR operations.

Job Role: Junior HR Executive (Generalist)
Location: Bandra West, Mumbai (On-site)
Work Days: Monday to Friday (5-day work week)
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000/month (based on experience)

Job Summary:
As a Junior HR Executive, you’ll be at the heart of our daily HR functions — from tracking attendance to onboarding new hires, managing documentation, and supporting recruitment drives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update employee attendance, leaves, and timesheets
• Address employee queries, grievances, and support requests
• Manage HR documentation (offer letters, ID cards, relieving letters, etc.)
• Conduct background verifications and validate candidate documents
• Assist with recruitment: sourcing, scheduling, and follow-ups
• Oversee smooth onboarding of new employees
• Plan and execute monthly employee engagement activities
• Keep HR records compliant and well-organized (digital & physical)

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 0–6 Months of experience in HR Generalist or HR Operations
• Graduate in HR / BBA / MBA or relevant field
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word
• Well-organized, proactive, approachable, and people-friendly
