About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Officer to join our team. In this role, you will support the day-to-day operations of our Human Resources department, ensuring smooth HR processes and delivering high-quality support to employees and managers. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases
  • Prepare employment contracts, letters, and HR documentation
  • Support payroll preparation and benefits administration
  • Respond to employee queries and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures
  • Coordinate training, performance reviews, and staff development activities
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation and internal policies
  • Contribute to HR projects and process improvements

Requirements

  • Previous experience in an HR Officer, HR Assistant, or similar role
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and employment regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High attention to detail, confidentiality, and professionalism
  • Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • CIPD qualification (or working towards it) is an advantage
