At Hari Chand Anand & Co., we believe that happy employees drive productivity and success. We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Executive to support employee relations, operational processes, and documentation, helping our company run smoothly and grow efficiently.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Intern located in the Greater Kolkata Area. The intern will be responsible for assisting with HR management, implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and personnel management.

Qualifications

• Human Resources (HR) skills, including HR Management and Personnel Management
• Experience in creating and implementing HR policies
• Knowledge of employee benefits
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle admin work
• Ability to work well in a team
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to handle confidential information
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field is a plus

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

• Graduation in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Familiarity with HR policies and compliance basics.
• Ability to multitask and support cross-functional teams in operational workflows.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
