Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Officer to support our Human Resources department with daily administrative and HR functions. The ideal candidate will assist in recruitment, employee documentation, onboarding, and HR operations while ensuring compliance with company policies and local labor regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
- Support employee onboarding and orientation processes
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
- Assist with preparation of employment contracts, HR letters, and documentation
- Monitor employee attendance, leave records, and HR reports
- Support payroll preparation by providing relevant employee data
- Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures
- Assist in employee engagement activities and internal communications
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 0–2 years of HR experience (fresh graduates with internships are welcome)
- Basic understanding of HR practices and labor regulations
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
- Good attention to detail and ability to multitask
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous internship or entry-level HR experience
- Experience with HR software or HRIS systems
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
