Role Description:

This is a hands-on, people-first role at the heart of our HR operations. You'll own everything from recruitment coordination and employee relations to contracts, onboarding, and HR systems — while acting as a trusted point of contact for our team across a bilingual (Arabic/English) environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment: scheduling, screening, and candidate communication
• Be the go-to person for employee questions, concerns, and workplace matters
• Handle hiring discussions, contracts, and HR documentation
• Administer and maintain HR systems, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and timely updates
• Lead smooth onboarding and offboarding experiences
• Partner with management on workforce planning and engagement initiatives

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
• 5+ years of HR experience in a similar, generalist role
• Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken)
• High emotional intelligence, discretion, and strong ethical judgment
• Detail-oriented with the ability to juggle multiple priorities calmly
• Someone diplomatic, proactive, and genuinely invested in people
