Human Resources Operations Coordinator

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized HR Operations Coordinator to support the day-to-day HR activities and ensure smooth and efficient HR operations. This role plays a key part in maintaining accurate records, supporting employee lifecycle processes, and ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations.


Key Responsibilities


  • Support daily HR operations and administrative tasks
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR systems
  • Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Coordinate with Government Relations for employee documentation (iqama, visas, etc.)
  • Prepare HR letters, contracts, and official documents
  • Track attendance, leave, and employee data
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
  • Support payroll inputs and coordination with finance
  • Handle employee inquiries and provide HR support when needed
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee information


Requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in HR operations or administration
  • Good understanding of HR processes and labor regulations
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems
  • Fluency in English and Arabic
